Director of Event Project Execution

We are in search of an CAPABLE, ORGANIZED & DRIVEN LEADER to manage and develop the NABS Project Execution process to the next level for our team and clients. Details for this Role are being finalized and will be published here shortly.

DUTIES

•Develop and Manage the NABS Process and steps to turn a sale into a deliverable project within the Standard Cost parameters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Projects consist of – Equipment, Preparation, Logistics, Travel & Accommodation, Crew, Layouts, Specifications, Services, Pre & Post-Production and Return. The PEM Teams is responsible for ensuring all of these are correct and in place in a timely manner for all projects within budget and to clients ultimate satisfaction.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

•Very Organized, Analytic and Linear in approach to complex projects

•Excellent communicator and Team builder across all levels of the workforce and client teams.

•Ability to summarize and quickly identify the “Urgent” while ensuring the important does not get forgotten.

•Ability to see beyond the summary to understand and communicate details clearly when needed.

•Highly skilled with Microsoft Products – Specifically Excel & PowerPoint

•Computer Literate with ability to quickly adopt and learn new systems to get the best out of them.

•Organized, Neat and efficient under pressure and time constraints with a demonstrated ability to make great use of team resources available at all times.

•Detailed oriented completer. (100% Ready on time is what our clients pay for)

•Listens and Learns while keeping a focus on what is right. Quick Decision maker.

•Show pride in having things right and be prepared to do what it takes when things go wrong or are not ready.

•Recognizable Project Management Qualification would be a bonus.
